In 1931, Hubal painted six backdrops that evoked scenes of his native Bohemia. The program will show the various “fly” roll-drops and splatter flats, from Hubal’s last existing complete collection. The presentation will explore painting techniques, answer questions, and will include a meet-and-greet reception.

Free-will donations to support the repair and conservation of Hubal’s large-scale art work.

Great food, live music, folk dancers, children’s games and fun!

Please join us for this long-standing tradition of Czech and Slovak food, music, and dance. The Lipa Carpatho-Rusyn Slovak Dancers will once again entertain the crowd starting at 3 p.m., along with live concertina and guitar provided by Dave Carlson.
