C.S.P.S. Hall

At Our Hall

A circa 1880 etching of our original two-story hall. The first two St. Stanislaus Churches are seen in the background.

Built in 1887, the C.S.P.S. Hall is the longest serving national hall in Minnesota as well as the longest serving Czech-Slovak hall in continuous use in the United States. In 1977 the C.S.P.S. Hall was declared a National and State Historic Site.

Our three-story commercial building is in the heart of Minnesota’s first neighborhood and commercial artery of West Seventh Street.

In 1977 the C.S.P.S. Hall was declared a National and State Historic Site, Building #77000763. Good east and south exposures face historic and commercial buildings of its urban artery, many with restored facades. Its nineteenth century brick exterior is unchanged from the 1917 third level addition.
